- We have mandatory basic liability insurance amounting to 60 cents per pound. But for household items, we offer optional full replacement value insurance coverage at an additional cost. We’re not able to ensure things that were not packed by our team of movers, though. The same goes for boxes and packing supplies that were not provided by us.
